I handle the government filing, prepare your EIN application, draft your operating agreement or bylaws, and make sure all the organizational documents are in order so your business is properly structured from day one. You'll also get a compliance checklist so you know exactly what's required to keep your entity in good standing going forward.

Here's what's included:

  • Name availability searches for your proposed names

  • Your formation filing with the appropriate government entity

  • Preparation of your EIN filing via Form SS-4

  • Preparation of your operating agreement or Bylaws (the documents that govern the business)

  • Preparation of a written consent of the sole organizer or incorporator

  • Preparation of a written consent is lieu of organizational meeting

Investment does not include filing fees since those vary. I'll let you know filing fees before we start.

  • Simple Ownership (1 Owner) – $650 plus filing fees

  • Shared Ownership (2 Owners) - $1,100 plus filing fees

  • Complex Ownership (3+ Owners, Series LLC, Corporation, Nonprofit) - $1,750 plus filing fees
