  • walk you through the changes on a focused call

  • make one round of revisions after our discussion

STRATEGIC NEGOTIATION AND MARK-UP

For when your negotiating a contract with a third-party.

This option is for business owners who are reviewing and revising a third-party contract and want support through the negotiation process.

I’ll:

  • provided strategic review and edits to the third-party contract

  • handle rounds of revisions (up to a defined cap) and/or third-party communications

  • Support calls with the third party and their attorney

  • review the final version before signature

Additional rounds of revisions can be added if needed.
